Group Programs
Groups offer the wonderful ability to connect with other members over a longer period of time. You will be amazed at how quickly relationships are forged. It is a life-affirming and life-changing process and to be able to share that space with other people who support you, accept you, and push you to succeed is inspiring and uplifting. I offer a variety of group programs to hopefully fit everyone's schedule. I will try and limit most groups to 6 -8 people with a minimum of 4. Group members can transition into individual sessions at the end of the group if more time with me is desired.
8 Week Group
Groups meet once a week for 8 weeks. The first two sessions are generally 150 minutes long and the remaining sessions average 60 - 90 minutes for a minimum of 14 hours total. Cost: $350
12 Week Group
Groups meet once a week for 12 weeks. The first two sessions are generally 150 minutes long and the remaining sessions average 60-90 minutes for a minimum of 20 hours total. Cost: $500
Individual Programs
Although the format lends itself so beautifully to the group dynamic, I realize that "groups" are not for everyone. I am happy to set up an individual program where you and I can work one-on-one together to achieve the same results found in the group programs. Most individual programs run 8-12 weeks and can be done in person, over the phone, via skype or a combination thereof. The first two sessions are generally 120 minutes and subsequent sessions should run about 60 minutes. If choosing a combination, I recommend the first two sessions be done in person and then set a schedule for the remaining sessions. Cost: Sessions for in person are $40/hour and sessions done over the phone or via skype are $25 hour.
Payments
Payment must be made in full prior to starting a program. Once programs are started, refunds will not be given. It is my experience that things run more smoothly and clients are more committed when they have already paid for the services. I am able to handle all types of payments through PayPal.
